What we collect

When you create an account or post a listing we keep:

• Your phone number (used to sign in and to confirm you are a real person) and, if you give it, your email address.
• The display name and optional profile photo you choose to show.
• Listing details, photographs and videos you upload.
• Messages you send to, or receive from, other members about a property.
• Basic technical records such as sign-in times, used to stop abuse.

What is public and what is not

A published listing shows its details, photographs, an approximate local-area location and the lister's display name. The exact position of a property is never shown on the site or sent to search engines.

Phone numbers, email addresses and inquiry messages are never shown publicly. Photographs have their hidden camera and GPS data removed before they are stored, and every photo and video carries a Sampatti Nepal watermark.

Why we use it

To sign you in, to review listings before they go live, to pass inquiries between buyers and listers, to prevent fraud and spam, and to send you messages you asked for (such as a new inquiry notice). We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can edit your details and listings at any time from your account. You can delete your account from your profile page; your listings are then taken down and your personal details removed, except records we must keep by law or to investigate abuse.
