About Sampatti Nepal
Sampatti Nepal is a marketplace for finding land, plots, houses, flats, rooms, buildings and commercial space across Nepal. We are building it step by step, and we would rather ship a small number of things that work properly than a long list of half-finished features.
Who we are
Sampatti Nepal is a small, independent team building a property marketplace for Nepal. We started it because finding land or a home in Nepal still depends on word of mouth, scattered social-media posts and phone calls. We want one calm, honest place where owners list real property and buyers and renters can search it without noise.
We are not a broker and we do not take part in any deal. The owner and the buyer or renter always deal with each other directly.
How listing will work
- 11. Create a free account - from Nepal or from anywhere else in the world.
- 22. Add your property with the details that matter for its type, and at least 3 photos.
- 33. Our team reviews the listing for completeness before it goes live.
- 44. Published listings stay live for 60 days, and you can renew them.
What we check, and what we do not
We review listings so the information is complete and readable. We do
not
verify land ownership, title documents, or any legal status, and we do not display verification badges. Always inspect the property and check documents yourself before paying anything.
Privacy of property locations
Listings show a general area - district, municipality and local area name. Exact coordinates, when provided, stay private to the owner and our review team.
